Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance and adherence to Elite sales and marketing processes.
  • Represents the company as brand ambassador and be able to ethically coach prospects through Elite franchising business.
  • Contacts potential franchisees, arrange meetings and establish rapport.
  • Develops negotiating strategies in business deals.
  • Executes regular monthly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or other related fields and solid 2+ years of experience as BDM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be independent, driven and be able to display professionalism and knowledgeable about the brand.
