  • Reporting directly to the managing director, the position will be based in Brisbane with the primary objectives being to ensure the growth of the company‚Äôs franchise system by increasing the number of new franchisees.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Continually coaching and engaging your franchises to help develop their performance
  • Facilitating quarterly business plans
  • Ensuring compliance with head office policy
  • Increasing footprint of the region by increasing number of franchises in the region

You will have experience in:

  • Franchise recruitment experience essential
  • Development of sales strategies
  • Effective coaching capabilities
  • Ownership of sales process from identification, assessment and recruitment of franchise partners
  • Analysing trends and identifying new markets and franchising opportunities
