Job Description:

  • Cold calling prospective franchisees to promote services of Elite.
  • Persuade customers and demonstrate how services meet their needs and add value to their lives.
  • Go the extra mile to meet requirements and provide information to the customers.
  • Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns and seek to resolve the problem.


  • 1 year or more experience in customer service or telemarketing
  • Fluent in English is essential
